13. Transfer of ownership

If the replacement with a higher value product is agreed, the Buyer will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, he will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. If the products whose return is requested have damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear, scratches, bumps, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to stop an amount, the amount that will be communicated after assessing the damage.
